6. Dereliction of duties will call for the removal of board member and a new one chosen by the SRoG.
7. Any City Leader may request a meeting with the SRoG board.
8. Each city is encouraged to be responsible for maintaining their own fleet roster as per the SRoG guidlines.
9. Rules pertaining to ships speed, weapons, and durability, are listed at SRoG Rules of Naval Engagement©. Port to Fleet Naval Combat is outlined at SRoG Raiders GLs and are SRoG specific, under copyright law.
10. Ships must be transferred by the Screen Name used by the Owner of the ship(s) being transferred, and must be sent by email. No other means of transfer will be allowed. This is to make sure that ships cannot be illegally taken or stolen and is for your protection.
11. All ships captured from other registries must have documentation from the originating owner supplied to the SRoG prior to being refit by an SRoG shipwright. Any refit will be considered to be one of the refitting shipwright's limit of 2 ships per week.
Laws of Shipwright and SRoG
1. Those wishing to become a shipwright will start out as an apprentice 3 class. They will be trained under a licensed shipwright. All logs will be sent to that appointed shipwright to be reviewed and judged making sure the ship is constructed properly. When said apprentice has proven that he/she can construct the ships then he/she can start sending in Agenda Logs. Shipwrights are of the Builders Caste, and as such, cannot be registered with any other caste, including RWoNC (Registered Warriors of Non Caste), as a warrior/outlaw/pirate is not a builder or shipwright. The only exception are the Torvs, who by book, constructed longships/serpent raiders for themselves. Torvs are permitted to register two Serpents per hand without being registered builders.
2. Logs of Ships: A minimum of 15 lines showing the construction of the ship. One log for each of the three cycles of construction.
3. Those becoming a shipwright must be reviewed by one or more of the caste. A form will be issued to the apprentice to be filled out and sent back in to the caste.
4. Each city that is under the SRoG will be given one vote and one delegate to represent that city, so that each city will be represented fairly and have a say under the SRoG.
5. To get ships registered faster, each city will submit their ships to the SRoG scribe, they will assign the registration number and return to the city. Each city is requested to set up their own registry as a counter cross-reference measure.
6. The ships belong to the Shipwrights' shipyard during construction. Once the ships are completed and final payment is made, then the ship will be transferred over to the rightful owner.
7. Payment schedule will be set up by the shipwright/shipyard. Standard is half of the ship cost and the balance due on completion and delivery of said ship.
Ship Registration Guidelines Re: Other Registries
As builders we must police ourselves. We cannot in all good conscience expect the SRoG to register ships, only to have to turn around and transfer them out to another registry.
SRoG builders are not to build ships for the AoG registry. This has been our stance from the beginning as it causes too much double work, and creates opportunity for errors and problems.
We must ask our customers what registry they wish to use. If they wish to use the AoG, we must then direct the customer to an AoG builder.
All builders need to send their registrations in to all members of the SRoG Board. This will allow us to provide faster, more efficient customer service.
All owners, when transferring vessels or submitting requests/complaints, must send their requests/complaints to all members of the SRoG Board to allow us to provide faster, more efficient customer service.
SRoG Board Members are:

Jenna Cobalt,
Jewel Bane Ravyn
Ship Construction Guidelines
1. Shipwrights can only construct two ships per shipwright per hand. If a shipwright owns two or more shipyards then he/she needs to have a licensed shipwrights to construct out of these yards. No NPC can run and construct ships without a licensed shipwright. Licensed shipwrights have to be permanent SNs, no restore/delete.
2. Ships under construction will go through 3 cycles to complete one ship. One cycle per mun week.
3. Repair Damaged ships will go count to your quota for that week. Usually one mun week to repair the damage unless the damage is over half the ships hit points then two mun weeks. This is only realistic because of damage to hull and strengthing and reforcing the ships hull for example. Before the shipwright ungoes repairs the ship must be registered ship of Gor. Without the Registration number and name of the ships to go along with the log the said ship will not be credited to the for the shipwright.
4. Inspection of ships will count for shipwright quota for that mun week. A log must be sent in by the shipwright to get the ship registered. If the orginal builder is known must also be listed in the log. This is to stop ghost ships that one person may have.
